It is arranged under Letter of Undertaking (LOU) issued by the major Indian Banks. (All Nationalised Bank & many Pvt. Sector Banks such as IDBI Bank, UTI Bank, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank,......)
Suppliers Credit
It is arranged up to 1 year for Non - Capital Goods / 3 years for Capital Goods Imports. It is a discounting of Bills arranged under Import usance Letter of Credit at Libor + Margin, thus arranging SIGHT payment for the exporter/supplier in other country and CREDIT TERMS for the Importer/buyer.
